Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site and courses only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, or scraping beyond normal usage.
- Do not share paid content, credentials, or license keys with others.
- Respect community rules for workshops, comments, and any collaborative spaces.
We may monitor for abuse, rate-limit, or restrict access to protect the service.
Accounts and Payments
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Prices are shown in your selected currency where available; otherwise, they are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes.
- We use third‑party payment processors. By paying, you authorize us to charge your selected method for fees and taxes.
Subscription plans, where offered, will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase.
- Courses: 14‑day refund window if less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
- Live workshops: refundable up to 48 hours before the start time.
- Non‑refundable: personalized coaching already delivered and downloadable content after access is granted.
To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including lessons, text, graphics, and brand assets, are owned by Fendrixon Interview Storycraft or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- A personal, non‑transferable, revocable license is granted for your individual use.
- Commercial use, redistribution, or public performance requires our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the content is error‑free, that results will be specific, or that access will be uninterrupted.
- We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
- Career outcomes vary by individual; no guarantee of employment or compensation is made.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fendrixon Interview Storycraft and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risks, or cause harm to others. You may stop using the services at any time.
- Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately and any licenses granted to you end.
- Sections intended to survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
- Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
